If you have pain, discomfort or are prone to injury, this class is for you.
Beneficial for all ages and ability levels. The Feldenkrais Method combines gentle, pleasurable movements with awareness to help you reconnect with your natural ability to move.

In these lessons, you’ll learn:
Multiple strategies for walking up stairs and getting in and out of cars.
¨ Improve balance when walking
¨ Learn early signs of fatigue
¨ Relaxation, calmness and stress relief.
¨ Improve your mental focus and awareness.
Cost: $15 per class. SAVE, Attend 4 consecutive classes for $50, paid in advance
Small weekly classes with individual attention for each student.
Or you can schedule private sessions that run 45 to 60 minutes each for $80 each.
